T999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players on Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and T999 ("T999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the T999 platform available at t999.cash, including all games, betting services, promotions and any related features.

By completing the T999 registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, depositing funds or simply using any part of the T999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the T999 platform.

T999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered T999 players of material changes via email or in-platform notification where possible.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a T999 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. T999 does not allow accounts for persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming as offered by T999 is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of a T999 employee involved in platform operations, game provision or odds setting.
• You must not currently be under a self-exclusion or voluntary ban with T999 or any other gaming platform that extends to T999's services.
• You must be registering and playing for personal entertainment only — not on behalf of another person or as a commercial service.

T999 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any existing account where eligibility requirements are not met, without being required to provide a detailed reason.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one T999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms. T999 uses automated systems and manual review to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplication is found, all accounts will be closed and balances will be reviewed for forfeiture.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering your T999 account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. Submitting false information — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your T999 login credentials. T999 will never ask for your password by phone, email or chat. You must notify T999 support immediately at support@t999.cash if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. T999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.4 Account Transfers

T999 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign or transfer your account, balance, bonuses or betting history to another person. Any such transfer attempt will result in both accounts being closed.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

T999 currently accepts deposits via the following methods available in Pakistan:

• Bank transfer / IBFT

The minimum deposit on T999 is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your T999 wallet instantly in the case of Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes in unusual cases.

4.2 Deposit Currency

All T999 deposits are denominated in Pakistani rupees (PKR). T999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs incurred on your end through your bank or mobile wallet provider are not T999's responsibility.

4.3 Own Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited to T999 belong to you personally and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. T999 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds where deposits appear unusual in size or pattern.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Processing Times

T999 aims to process withdrawal requests to Easypaisa, JazzCash and other supported Pakistani wallets within 10–15 minutes for amounts up to Rs 100,000. Larger amounts or requests flagged for routine security review may take longer. T999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — the receiving account must match the deposit method on your T999 profile.

5.3 KYC Verification

T999 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a recent bank statement or a screenshot of your mobile wallet profile. This is a standard security measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing. T999 will communicate KYC requirements clearly and process your withdrawal as soon as verification is complete.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All T999 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at /promotions. The following general principles apply to all T999 bonuses unless a promotion's individual terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for that specific promotion.
• T999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed under false pretences or through technical error.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Where a T999 bonus carries a wagering requirement, this means the bonus amount must be staked a defined multiple of times using qualifying games before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must generate Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is established. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

T999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim one-time bonuses multiple times, systematically betting on outcomes with low variance to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, and using technical exploits or errors to obtain bonus funds improperly. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

A bet placed on T999 is binding once confirmed on your screen. You are responsible for checking the details of each bet — market, selection, stake and odds — before confirming. T999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in cases of demonstrable technical error on T999's side.

7.2 Obvious Errors

T999 reserves the right to void bets where odds or lines were published due to a manifest error — for example, where a match result was accidentally reflected in pre-match odds, or where a system error generated odds that bear no reasonable relationship to fair market value. T999 will communicate void decisions to affected players promptly and return stakes in full.

7.3 Maximum Payout

T999 applies maximum payout limits to all betting products. These limits are published within the relevant sport or market section of the platform. No single event payout on T999 may exceed Rs 5,000,000 without prior written agreement from T999 management.

7.4 Minimum Stake

The minimum stake per bet on T999 sports markets is Rs 50. Minimum stakes for specific live casino tables and game formats may differ and are shown within the game interface before play begins.

8. Casino & Game Rules

T999's live casino, fishing games, Ludo games and all other game products are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules. In the event of a conflict, the game-specific rules prevail for game outcome purposes while these Terms prevail for account, payment and conduct purposes.

All T999 games that involve random outcomes use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested. T999 cannot and does not influence the outcome of any game. Winnings displayed at the end of any game round are final and are credited to your T999 wallet automatically.

Game malfunctions — including disconnections, software errors or server outages during a game round — void that round, and stakes are returned to the player's wallet. T999 is not responsible for losses incurred due to an interrupted internet connection on the player's side where the game server has confirmed a valid completed round.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on T999 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games on T999.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches in any T999 game or betting system for financial gain.
• Collusion with other T999 players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on inside information about the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using the T999 platform to launder money or transfer funds between parties under the guise of gaming activity.
• Creating accounts under false identities or using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to access, hack or reverse-engineer any part of the T999 platform or its backend systems.
• Harassment, threats or abusive communication directed at T999 staff or other players.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

T999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Breach of eligibility requirements, including age verification failure.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Where an account is closed for a rule violation, T999 may withhold balances pending investigation. Where no violation is confirmed, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within 14 business days.

11. Responsible Gaming

T999 is genuinely committed to responsible gaming — not as a box-ticking exercise but as a core part of how we operate. We believe that gambling should be entertainment, and we actively provide tools to help Pakistani players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your T999 account.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the T999 platform — including the T999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of T999 or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the T999 platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, display, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any T999 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from T999. Screenshots and recordings of gameplay for personal, non-commercial sharing are permitted provided they do not include other players' personal information and are not used in a way that could damage T999's reputation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, T999's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

T999 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's internet connection failure or device malfunction during a game session.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind.
• Third-party payment processing delays outside T999's control.
• Errors or delays caused by incorrect personal information provided during registration or withdrawal.
• Losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials with a third party.

Nothing in these Terms limits T999's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

T999 collects and processes personal data from Pakistani players for the purposes of operating the platform, processing payments, complying with legal obligations and communicating relevant account and promotional information. T999 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

15. Amendments to These Terms

T999 may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For registered T999 players, we will also send a notification via email or in-platform message where the changes affect your rights or obligations in a material way.

Your continued use of the T999 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using T999 immediately and may request account closure by contacting support@t999.cash.
